Privacy Policy
Lumenridge Media LLC runs lumenridgeshop.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you buy or download: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the order and deliver your files. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
When you email us: your email address and message, so we can answer.
When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, records basic, aggregated traffic data (pages viewed, country, browser type) to run and protect the site.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, send receipts and product updates, answer support requests, and prevent fraud. If you sign up for the free Starter Deck, we may email you about our products; every email has an unsubscribe link.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the shop (Lemon Squeezy for checkout and delivery, Cloudflare for hosting and email) or when the law requires it.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop marketing email. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy covers the data it processes at checkout.
Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
