Refund Policy
Our products are digital files delivered the moment you check out, so all sales are final once the files are downloaded.
When we fix it or refund you
If a file is broken, will not open, or you received the wrong product, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a working file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you in full.
If you were charged twice for the same product, we refund the duplicate.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Free products
Free downloads, like the Say & Shoot Starter Deck, have no charge to refund.
